What's BYOK?

Bring Your Own Keys. You add your Anthropic / OpenAI API keys to your workspace and Founder OS uses them when you run Brain Fill, generate content, or query the MCP. We never see your AI bills — and never mark them up.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your workspace and data stay intact; you just drop to Free plan limits.

Do you offer a trial?

Founder and Team plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start — you only enter payment when you upgrade.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data stays. We just enforce the new plan's limits — e.g. extra projects become read-only until you delete them or upgrade again.

Can teams share AI keys?

Yes. One Anthropic key per workspace is shared by all members — admins manage it, members use it. Brain MCP keys are also per-workspace (one config works for all team members).
